Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the New York State Bar. 3+ years of commercial litigation and bankruptcy experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Submission of 1-2 writing samples, 10-15 pages double spaced, written within the last 5 years. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar Skills Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
