Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator / Nursing Home Administrator Location: Lake Worth, FL Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year + Benefits Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator A skilled nursing facility in Lake Worth, Florida is seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator / Nursing Home Administrator to lead facility operations and oversee the day-to-day performance of the building. This opportunity is for an established SNF leader with a strong understanding of Florida skilled nursing operations, staff management, census development, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working as an Administrator of a skilled nursing facility in Florida. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the skilled nursing facility Lead and support department heads across nursing, admissions, social services, rehabilitation, dietary, environmental services, and business office operations Maintain high standards for resident care, customer service, and facility operations Monitor facility census, admissions, staffing, expenses, and overall financial performance Work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain strong clinical operations Recruit, develop, and retain effective department leaders and staff Establish clear expectations and accountability across departments Maintain ongoing survey readiness Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and facility requirements Oversee plans of correction and follow-up initiatives when necessary Monitor quality measures, resident satisfaction, staffing performance, and operational outcomes Develop strong relationships with residents, families, employees, referral partners, and the local healthcare community Support admissions and census development initiatives Review budgets, labor, expenses, and facility performance Partner with ownership and regional leadership on operational goals and performance improvement Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator in Florida required Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing Proven experience managing skilled nursing or long-term care operations Strong understanding of Florida SNF regulatory and survey requirements Experience overseeing facility financial performance, staffing, census, and department operations Demonstrated ability to lead and develop department heads Strong knowledge of quality improvement and survey readiness Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and referral partners Compensation & Benefits $140,000–$150,000 annual salary Comprehensive benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement benefits Professional development opportunities Full-time leadership position Supportive organizational leadership Who We’re Looking For We are looking for an Administrator who has already demonstrated success running a Florida skilled nursing facility .
