Shoe Stylist (P/T) The Shoe Stylist is responsible for applying selling techniques to merchandise and developing a client base to build sales. Responsibilities ? Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer. ? Maintain outstanding standards in every aspect of customer service. ? Possess an understanding of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts. ? Demonstrate salesmanship skills by consistently achieving and maintaining sales productivity levels. ? Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed. ? Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role. Requirements ? 1-2 years of retail experience preferred. ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system. ?
