About the Role

As our Director of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of patient rooms, common areas, and facilities
• Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and protocols to meet our high standards of cleanliness and infection control
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall cleanliness and appearance of our facility
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of services
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Director
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
